Visited on 1st March with my husband and our 2 children (12 & 14 years). Received a warm welcome when we arrived. Menu isn’t huge, but still has a good range of food choices. Cocktail menu is really good. The restaurant atmosphere is really nice, the food and drinks were presented well and tasted great. The staff are helpful, attentive and friendly.
Great place for a meal out in London. The place was buzzing at 6pm on a Saturday but the staff couldn't have been more helpful and just made the experience so much more enjoyable. The food was delicious and the champagne chilled to perfection. Even the 2 teenagers in the party were complimentary!! Will definitely visit again

I hadn't been for a few years and it was like running into an old friend. The food was delicious, especially the cheese souffle. The dishes came out a bit randomly but the service was impeccable. The perfect place for a quiet, boozy afternoon lunch.
We took my teenage daughter here for her birthday dinner. Very warm welcome from the lovely host and our waitress was charming, just super smiley and friendly which feels quite rare these days. The food was enjoyable and the Mr Allen Platter shared between two of us was generous and delicious. Other orders included the hot dog and secret menu hamburger which our daughters loved. The staff also made a lovely fuss of our daughter and sang happy birthday to her (which the restaurant joined in on). The pianist in the bar was great and added to a fun but not overbearing atmosphere. Would recommend :)
Delicious food and attentive service. All staff made us feel so welcome but our waiter Max really made our evening - so funny and full of joy, just a credit to the team. Will definitely be back!
Joe Allen never fails to impress. Had a wonderful lunch with friends and they always make us feel so at home. There was a mix up with my booking but was quickly rectified. Food and drinks were wonderful as always. Secret not so secret burger is as lush as ever. Will keep coming back. Keep on being fabulous. Staff make the restaurant.
